One of my passions is collecting and meditating with crystals as part of my mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is the art of being fully present in the here and now with awareness and compassion. While breath, body and feelings can be traditional anchors of mindfulness, many practitioners find that crystals can serve as powerful companions in this practice. Their natural beauty, unique vibrational qualities, and symbolic meanings can deepen focus, enhance intention, and create a sense of sacred space.
