We warrant and guarantee that all audio assets, linguistic transcriptions, and text scripts hosted on this platform are entirely original works created and produced exclusively by Marie DeVox.

- 100% Consensual Voice Data: All vocal data is provided voluntarily and contractually by the original creator, Marie DeVox, ensuring zero compliance risks regarding biometric privacy.
2. Legal Business Status & Corporate Authority
Marie DeVox is a legally registered, fully compliant commercial entity operating under the laws of the United States. We maintain full legal authority, corporate capacity, and the necessary commercial rights to conduct business, execute licensing contracts, and distribute professional audio assets internationally.
3. Legal Indemnification
We hold full corporate accountability for the legal origin of our data. Marie DeVox agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the purchasing organization ("Licensee") against any third-party claims, liabilities, or legal actions alleging that our datasets infringe upon any third-party copyrights, intellectual property, or biometric privacy rights.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we stand completely behind the integrity of our data, our total legal and financial liability under this guarantee is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the Licensee for the specific dataset package in question. Under no circumstances will Marie DeVox be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the training or deployment of downstream AI models.
5. Verification and Compliance Audits
To maintain a secure chain of custody, we issue a Unique License Key with specific purchases. We reserve the right to verify these license keys against model deployment documentation in the event of suspected unauthorized data redistribution, protecting both our intellectual property and our legitimate buyers.
