Chain of Custody: Because there are no middlemen, Marie DeVox guarantees absolute data provenance and clear title ownership, completely mitigating third-party copyright and liability risks for your organization.

2. Commercial Licensing & Unique License Keys

Grant of License: Upon verified purchase, Marie DeVox grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the acquired datasets for machine learning training, algorithmic fine-tuning, evaluation splits, and commercial ASR/voice agent deployment.
Unique License Keys: Select packages generate a Unique License Key linked to your organization. This key serves as your official proof of purchase and compliance audit trail.
Seat Restrictions: Standard licenses cover usage by the purchasing entity (single organization/startup/enterprise department). Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the raw audio files, scripts, or ZIP packages outside of the licensed organization is strictly prohibited.

3. Ethical AI & Restrictions on Use

To maintain the ethical integrity of human vocal data, the following restriction applies:

No Defamatory Use: The data may not be utilized to train models designed for deceptive deepfakes, harassment, or illegal activities.
