About Me

HNC-level Integrative Counselling trained and a qualified Health & Wellbeing Coach.

I’m a coach with lived experience of ADHD and autism (often together as AuDHD)—my diagnosis came during a period of deep self-discovery after a mental health breakdown, and that journey shapes how I support neurodivergent people with empathy and practical tools.

I trained in Integrative Counselling (HNC) at the University of the Highlands and Islands and qualified as a Health & Wellbeing Coach with Raw Horizons Academy (NHS-recognised), with specialist training in Autism, ADHD Coaching, and Somatic Coaching.

I use somatic approaches to help clients notice how stress and emotions show up in the body and build effective regulation strategies for neurodivergent nervous systems.

As a mother of three neurodivergent children, I bring hands-on experience of advocacy, household strategies, and wellbeing prioritisation.

My work focuses on practical, trauma-aware support that clients can continue to use long after sessions end.

I’m passionate about accessibility—because private coaching isn’t affordable for everyone, I create low-cost guides and workbooks so more people can access tools for learning, growth, and lasting change.
