I am a mental performance coach for semi-pro, student-athletes, and professional football (soccer) players. I help football players find consistent confidence in themselves clearing them from performance anxiety, focus struggles, injury worries and improving their self-discipline.
At Mase Performance Coaching, I help athletes sharpen the mental side of their game so they can consistently perform at their best under pressure. Drawing on my background in psychology and years of experience supporting individuals through high-pressure environments.
My coaching is practical, results-driven, and tailored. Designed to give athletes not just tools, but a playbook they can trust when it matters most.
Beyond performance gains, I’m passionate about athlete well-being. I work with clients to strengthen mindset habits that support long-term success both on and off the field. Whether it’s managing self-doubt, bouncing back from setbacks, or developing pre-competition routines, my goal is to equip athletes with strategies they can use for life.
