By purchasing, downloading or using MealPlanova, you agree to the terms below.
Product
MealPlanova is a digital Excel meal-planning workbook designed to help users organize weekly meals, review planning-based nutrition estimates, compare plans against targets they enter, and prepare grocery requirements.
MealPlanova is provided as a digital product. No physical item will be shipped.
Personal-use licence
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use MealPlanova for your own personal meal planning.
You may keep reasonable backup copies for your own use and reuse the workbook week after week.
What is not permitted
You may not redistribute, resell, share, upload, publish, sublicense, rebrand or commercially distribute MealPlanova or any modified version of the workbook.
You may not make the original file, copies, formulas, worksheets, data structures, documentation or included materials available for download or use by other people.
Purchase of MealPlanova does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property.
Nutrition and meal-planning information
MealPlanova is a planning tool.
You enter the calorie and protein targets you wish to use, and MealPlanova compares your planned meals against those targets.
Nutrition values shown in the workbook are planning estimates. Actual values can vary depending on ingredients, brands, serving sizes, preparation methods and other factors.
MealPlanova does not provide medical, nutritional or dietary advice and should not be used as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Food preferences and dietary requirements
MealPlanova includes vegetarian, egg and non-vegetarian options and allows users to record certain food preferences.
It remains your responsibility to confirm that foods, ingredients and meal choices are appropriate for you, including in relation to allergies, intolerances, medical requirements, religious requirements or other dietary restrictions.
Custom foods, dishes and meals
You may add your own foods, dishes and reusable meal combinations.
Standard MealPlanova meals may generate ingredient-level grocery requirements. Fully custom dishes or meals may instead appear as custom shopping items and may not automatically break down into individual ingredients.

MealPlanova is delivered as an Excel workbook. You are responsible for having software capable of opening and using the supplied file.
You should keep an unmodified backup copy of your original download before making extensive changes.
