At MerchOwn, we are committed to providing world-class digital design assets and branding services. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly via download or email, we have established the following refund guidelines:


1. Digital Products & POD Bundles

Due to the nature of digital content (T-shirt designs, POD bundles, editable source files, and graphics), all sales of downloadable products are final.

  • Once a download link has been accessed or the files have been delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • We recommend reviewing the product descriptions and previews carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Custom Design Services

We offer Unlimited Revisions on our custom design projects (Logos, Web Sliders, Social Media Posters, etc.) to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the result.

  • Full Refund: You may request a full refund before our design team begins working on your project.
  • Partial/No Refund: Once the initial design concepts have been presented, refunds are no longer available. However, we will continue to work with you through unlimited revisions until the design meets your expectations.

3. Ready-Made & Editable Designs

For our affordable, ready-to-use designs:

  • These are sold "as-is" with editable layers. Refunds are not provided for lack of software knowledge (e.g., not knowing how to use Photoshop or Illustrator).
  • If you face technical difficulties, our support team is available to guide you.

4. Corrupted or Defective Files

In the rare event that a file is corrupted or cannot be opened:

  • Please contact us at support@merchown.com (or your business email) within 7 days of purchase.
  • We will immediately provide a working replacement or an alternative format.
  • If we are unable to provide a functional file, a full refund will be processed.

5. Fraudulent Transactions

MerchOwn is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made with your payment method. If you notice a fraudulent charge, please contact your bank or payment processor (PayPal/Stripe) immediately to secure your account.
