1. Scope of Service

MerchOwn provides premium digital assets, including but not limited to:

• POD Bundles: High-volume T-shirt design packs (300 to 5,000+ designs).
• Custom Design Services: Bespoke branding, logos, and social media assets.
• Editable Source Files: PSD, AI, EPS, and Vector formats for apparel and marketing. All products are delivered digitally via secure download links or email.

2. User License & Commercial Use

When you purchase a design from MerchOwn, you are granted a Commercial Use License.

• What You CAN Do: You can print our designs on physical products (T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, etc.) and sell them worldwide. You can edit the source files for your own brand’s needs.
• What You CANNOT Do: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing our digital files in their original or modified form on any platform (e.g., Creative Market, Etsy, or your own website). You cannot claim the "design files" themselves as your own property.

3. Pricing & International Payments

• All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.
• We use SSL-encrypted payment gateways to ensure your transaction is 100% secure.
• MerchOwn reserves the right to adjust pricing or offer limited-time promotional discounts without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All original artwork, website content, and the "MerchOwn" brand identity are the exclusive property of MerchOwn. Our designs are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized "sharing" of our 5,000+ design bundles in public forums or drive links will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

5. Custom Project Terms & Revisions

For custom services (Logos, Business Cards, etc.):

• Collaboration: The client must provide clear instructions/briefs.
• Unlimited Revisions: We provide unlimited edits within the scope of the original brief to ensure satisfaction.
• Approval: Once a final design is approved and high-resolution files are sent, any further changes may incur an additional fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

MerchOwn provides professional-grade files, but we are not responsible for:

• Errors caused by third-party printing services (DTF, Screen Printing, etc.).
• Loss of data due to your failure to download or back up your purchased files within the provided link expiration period.
• Any software compatibility issues (ensure you have Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for editable files).

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh. For international clients, we strive to resolve all issues amicably through our 24/7 support channels.

8. Updates to Terms

MerchOwn may update these terms to reflect new services (like new POD categories). Your continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
