Welcome to the MochaQueens Creations FAQ! Here you'll find answers to some of the most common questions about digital downloads, licensing, printing, and using your new designs.

What type of products do you sell?

MochaQueens Creations specializes in digital designs, stationery, clipart, printables, and creative resources designed to help inspire your next project.

Please read each product description carefully to see exactly what is included with your purchase.

Are your products physical or digital?

Unless specifically stated otherwise, products sold in the digital section of the shop are digital downloads.

No physical product will be shipped to you.

After your payment is successfully processed, you'll receive access to the digital files included with your purchase.

How do I download my purchase?

After completing your purchase, Payhip provides access to your download page.

You'll also receive an email receipt containing a unique link that allows you to return to your download page.

I recommend downloading your files and saving a backup copy to your computer or preferred cloud-storage service.

I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?

First, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.

Also make sure you're checking the same email account used when placing your order.

If you still cannot locate your purchase, please contact me through Let’s Connect ♡ with your order information so I can assist you.

What is a ZIP file?

A ZIP file is a compressed folder used to conveniently deliver multiple digital files together.

You'll need to extract or unzip the folder before accessing the individual files inside.

Most computers have a built-in option for extracting ZIP files. Mobile devices may handle ZIP folders differently depending on the device and software being used.

What is a PNG file?

PNG is a popular image format frequently used for digital artwork.

Many PNG designs include a transparent background, which makes them ideal for projects such as shirts, tumblers, mugs, tote bags, stickers, signs, journals, and other creative products.

Check the individual product listing for the exact file specifications included with your purchase.

♡ Licensing Questions

Can I use your designs for personal projects?

Yes! If you purchase a Personal Use License, you may use the design for your own personal projects and qualifying gifts.

Personal Use does not permit you to sell products made using the design.

Can I sell products made with your designs?

Yes—with the appropriate commercial license.

A Small Business Commercial License allows you to use the purchased design on qualifying finished physical products that you sell, subject to the terms and production limits included with that license.

For example, qualifying products may include shirts, mugs, tumblers, tote bags, notebooks, journals, signs, cards, bookmarks, and similar finished physical products.

How many products can I sell with the Small Business Commercial License?

Unless the individual product listing states otherwise, the Small Business Commercial License permits up to 500 finished physical products per purchased design.

If you reach that limit, you'll need to purchase the appropriate extended license before producing additional products.

Can I use your designs with Print-on-Demand companies?

Only if you purchase a license that specifically includes Print-on-Demand (POD) rights.

Our standard Personal Use and Small Business Commercial licenses do not automatically include POD usage.

An Extended Commercial + POD License permits qualifying POD use according to the terms included with that license.

What does Print-on-Demand mean?

Print-on-Demand generally means using a third-party company to manufacture and/or fulfill products for your business after a customer places an order.

For example, you may upload an appropriately licensed design to a POD provider that produces your shirt, mug, tote bag, or other finished item and fulfills the order on behalf of your business.

Can I sell the PNG or clipart file that I purchased?

No.

Purchasing a commercial license allows you to create permitted finished products using the artwork. It does not give you permission to resell the original artwork as another digital download.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, trade, or give away the original digital files.

Can I convert your PNG into an SVG and sell it?

No. Converting the artwork into another file format does not make it a new design.

You may not convert purchased artwork into PNG, SVG, JPG, PDF, or another digital format for the purpose of reselling or redistributing the underlying artwork.

Can I share the files with a friend or family member?

No. Digital licenses are issued to the original purchaser and are not transferable.

If someone else would like to use one of the designs, please send them to MochaQueens Creations so they can purchase their own copy and appropriate license. ♡

Can I use your clipart to create another digital product?

Only when the individual product's license specifically permits digital end-product use.

If permitted, the clipart generally must become part of a new and substantially different finished design and must not allow your customer to extract or reuse the original artwork.

Simply adding a word, border, background, or minor change to the original clipart does not automatically make it eligible for digital resale.

Always check the license included with your specific purchase.

Do I own the artwork after purchasing it?

No. Purchasing a digital product gives you permission to use the product according to your selected license. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, shop branding, or other protected creative material to you.

♡ Printing & Creating

Why do the colors look different when I print?

Colors can vary between computer monitors, phones, printers, inks, papers, substrates, and production methods.

Because of these differences, printed colors may not look exactly the same as the colors displayed on your screen.

I recommend making a test print before producing a large quantity of products.

Do I need to mirror my design?

That depends on your production method, equipment, and materials.

Some sublimation and transfer processes require mirroring, while others may not. Always follow the instructions provided by your printer, transfer-paper, film, equipment, or blank manufacturer.

Can you help me with printing or crafting settings?

I'm happy to help with questions specifically related to the digital file you purchased.

However, because printers, heat presses, cutting machines, inks, papers, blanks, and other equipment vary considerably, I cannot guarantee specific production settings for every machine or material.

♡ Orders, Refunds & Support

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally final.

However, if you receive an incorrect file, a file is defective, or you're experiencing a technical problem with your purchase, please contact me so I can help resolve the issue.

I purchased the wrong license. What should I do?

Please contact me before using the design commercially.

Depending on the circumstances and available licensing options, I can help you determine what license you'll need for your intended use.
