• No refunds will be issued for accidental purchases, change of mind, or failure to read the product description before purchasing.
• Due to differences in monitors, printers, inks, paper, materials, and equipment, slight variations in color or print results are not considered product defects.
• Please make sure the file type you are purchasing is compatible with your software, equipment, or intended project.
• Purchasing the same item more than once does not automatically qualify for a refund; however, please contact me if you believe you accidentally placed a duplicate order.
• Digital files may not be returned because they cannot be physically returned once access has been provided.

If a file is determined to be defective or incorrect and I’m unable to provide a working replacement, I may issue a refund or other appropriate resolution at my discretion and as required by applicable law.
