Mira A. Ingemann, Psy.D is a Registered Clinical Psychologist and Certified Heart-Centered Hypnotherapist in Bermuda. She has been in the mental health field for over 30 years incorporating a trauma informed, holistic, and embodied wisdom approach to healing. Dr. Mira has worked extensively with adolescents and adults from diverse ethnic backgrounds. She specializes in occupational health, grief, trauma, mind-body conditions, and spiritual or transpersonal issues. She also facilitates pre-employment suitability assessments for public safety agencies and is an ICISF approved instructor. Dr. Mira's mission is to provide therapeutic services, education, and outreach to the health and public safety community and support causes that have a global impact.
