Jody is a dedicated Therapeutic Yoga Specialist with extensive training from Yoga Medicine. With a deep understanding of the therapeutic benefits of yoga, she focuses on integrating mindful movement and breathwork to promote healing and well-being. Jody combines evidence-based practices with holistic approaches to create personalized yoga experiences. Her classes are designed to empower students, foster resilience, and cultivate a deeper connection to their bodies and minds. Through her work, Jody aims to inspire transformation and a lifelong love for movement practices.
