About the artist
Nathan Simeone has been creating pottery since 2010, when he learned the craft at Lock Haven University. He has been building his business ever since. He joined small studios and mostly sold on Etsy and at local pop-up events during that time. These days you can find his work weekly at the Raleigh State Farmers Market, NC. As well as at miscellaneous events around North Carolina, including Renaissance fairs and Christmas shows. He created the name JasperFalls Ceramics after creating a 'waterfall/drippy effect' over his pottery using a Jasper ceramic glaze. He has created thousands of pieces, and his work has flown all across the world, being enjoyed by many, often described as a fusion of Appalachian and Oriental styles, specializing in drinkware and other functional pottery.
