Disclaimer
Pottery is an organic, handmade item. Pottery is not perfect 100% of the time, there are a million things that can go wrong when making pottery. This is not a manufactured, mass-produced item created to be perfected for mass sales. These are handmade items fired to 2200ºF, anything can go wrong, some items may have glaze ground of the bottom, some may have a ground down blister spot, sometimes flecking that sticks out to much, or even or plucking (small chips of the mug that stuck to the shelf when fired, causing a chip in the foot of the mug) on the bottom of the mug. In every listing, I will describe the mug and any unique beauty marks that it may have acquired on its long process from clay to mug to the best of my abilities. I sell thousands of mugs a year; sometimes, imperfect spots are missed. Here at JasperFalls, I fully follow the Wabi Sabi mindset that imperfections are wonderful, making items one of a kind and unique.

Returns, damaged, exchanges policy
Due to the fragile nature of pottery, I can not accept any returns or exchanges due to the item's potential breakage on the way back to me. However, if an item breaks in transit, let me know asap, take photos of the broken item and send the photos to me that same day of arrival. I ship everything with USPS, and I do my best to package items securely, but if the USPS decides to play football with your package, items can still break sometimes. If an item breaks in transit, it is sad to see it not fulfill its destiny, but you may pick an item close in price and I will ship it out to you ASAP after a photo of the broken item is provided.

I 100% recommend hand wash only, sometimes the jets in washers can make items cling and break, or just be too strong in the first place. It is also thought that the water jets can wear down the glaze after many years. It is best to handwash, but if you do decide to put it in the dishwasher, make sure items are on top rack. Despite this warning, people still put items in the dishwasher. Pleaseeeeee do not put the bright spring/Christmas crackle green mugs in the dishwasher, they have a higher chance of breaking in the dishwasher.
Also, Matte Glazes and Crystal glazes are supposed to be weak in dishwashers as well and is recommended to be handwashed. All my glazes are *Microwave safe* at the moment

Some people come to me years after use; they drop it, causing it to break apart, or accidentally smash it against something, causing the handle to break off. I am not responsible for any self-caused breakage of any of the items, or dishwasher damage, or any other 'acts of god'. No replacement nor refund will be issued. However, if the handle breaks off or the thumbrest breaks off, I recommend E6000 to glue it back on. It won't be microwave safe or dishwasher safe after being glued, but it should still be usable. I would recommend proper disposal to be safe, though, or used as decoration or a pencil holder, or another type of storage, like a toothbrush or utensil holder.

Color Differences
The item you see and order is the item you get; I do not make to order. Please note, item photos are taken with a DSLR camera, which are then uploaded onto a computer, then cropped; no editing will be done except for perhaps exposure if needed. then again uploaded onto this website -***Color on screens varies *** especially with different makes and models, and screen settings. And uploading them to websites can change the color slightly as well depending on what internet browser you using and what device you are using. What I see on my screen will closely resemble the colors I see in person on the item, but if your screen calibration is off or different, then the color of the mug you receive may look different, but it is 100% the mug you have ordered. I am not responsible if the color doesn't look correct when you receive it on your end. I will take photos as accurately as possible; however, do note pottery often *shines best* in the sun. Something that looks bright blue and translucent and sparkly in the sun could look dull and black inside in a dark, poorly lit room.
