About Me

When I was 16, I decided to stop eating meat because I didn't want to support the death of animals. What followed was a surprising health journey. My weight came off, my teenage acne cleared up, and my mood became brighter! This experience paved the way for a love affair with nutrition.


Today, I am happy to help people transition from unhealthy diets into a lifestyle centered around fresh and raw fruits and vegetables.


Raw vegan food has helped me stay healthy during a global pandemic, reversed high blood pressure, and has also helped me to beat the impact of aging. I celebrated my 44th birthday this year and feel like I'm just starting.
