About Me

For over twenty years, Bella has been making delicious plant based recipes. Her food is loved by everyone who tries it: omnivores, junk food vegans, and health nuts, too. 

For most of her life, flavor was the main reason for making any dish. But when she found out her blood pressure was too high, she changed her motivations. Health became the ultimate movivator. She went back to school and chose to study plant based nutrition to learn exactly how to make a healthy, primarily raw, diet work. 

Now she writes cookbooks and blogs about health and nutrition. The tone in her books is one of loving support, because she loves working with people who are starting from scratch. Food is meant to make you feel good, and Bella wants to show you how.
