All products sold by NekoMouse are digital products delivered electronically.

No physical products will be shipped.

2. Product Compatibility

NekoMouse cursor packs are designed for Windows 10 and Windows 11, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for checking the product description and ensuring that their device and operating system are compatible.

NekoMouse is not responsible for compatibility issues resulting from unsupported operating systems, third-party software, system modifications, or other configurations outside the stated product requirements.

3. License and Personal Use

Unless otherwise stated, purchases from NekoMouse grant the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product.

You may:

• Download the product for your personal use.
• Install and use the cursor files on your own compatible Windows devices.
• Make reasonable backup copies for your personal use.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the purchased files.
• Upload the files to websites, file-sharing services, or public repositories.
• Share the files with other people.
• Claim the artwork or files as your own.
• Modify and redistribute the files as a separate product.
• Use the files to create and sell derivative products without permission.
• Include the files in another product or service for commercial distribution.

The purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, designs, or intellectual property to the customer.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, graphics, branding, cursor designs, text, and other content created or provided by NekoMouse remain the property of NekoMouse or their respective rights holders, where applicable.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights to the customer.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial use may violate applicable intellectual-property laws.

5. Orders and Payment

Prices are displayed on the applicable product page and may be changed at any time.

Payment is processed through the payment methods and third-party payment providers available at checkout.

An order is considered completed once payment has been successfully processed and the digital product has been made available for download.

6. Digital Delivery

After a successful purchase, the purchased files will be delivered electronically through the store's digital delivery system.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account used for their purchase.

7. Refunds

Because NekoMouse products are digital products that may be made available immediately after purchase, sales are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
