Starting in 2015, I decided to take the gym seriously. I started out a measly 180 pounds, and bulked up to 220lbs. It changed my life drastically. I started to get respected when I entered a room. No matter how many businesses I owned, I always found time to focus on my training and nutrition. I took my bulk up to 245lbs. I was no longer that tall, skinny kid that wouldn't get noticed. Now, I command respect by being one of the biggest guys in the room.
