North Ridge County™ Refund Policy Refund Policy

All purchases made for custom gear, game passes, donations, and other North Ridge County™ products are considered voluntary contributions to support the development and operation of the community.


Eligible Refunds

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • A duplicate payment was made accidentally.
  • The purchased item cannot be delivered due to a mistake on our end.
  • Ownership approves the refund request under special circumstances.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom Helmets
  • Custom SCBA Masks
  • Custom SCBA Backstraps
  • Custom Jacket Name Tags
  • Custom Development Work
  • Donation Packages
  • Game Passes
  • Limited-Time Purchases
  • Any item that has already been delivered or added to your account

Custom Gear Policy

Once work has begun on any custom gear request, no refunds will be issued. Custom gear requires developer time and resources, making all custom orders final once development starts.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized refund request made through a payment provider may result in:

  • Immediate suspension from North Ridge County™
  • Removal of purchased items
  • Permanent ban from all North Ridge County™ services
  • Loss of future purchasing privileges

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, open a support ticket and provide:

  • Your Discord username
  • Proof of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed by Ownership, and all decisions are final.


Policy Changes

North Ridge County™ reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
