All members are expected to:

• Treat other members with respect and professionalism.
• Follow staff instructions and decisions.
• Maintain appropriate behavior within all North Ridge County™ platforms.

North Ridge County™ reserves the right to remove any member for behavior deemed harmful to the community.

3. Purchases & Donations

Any purchase, donation, or contribution made to North Ridge County™ is used to support development, maintenance, and operation of the community.

Purchases do not grant ownership of North Ridge County™ assets, systems, or intellectual property.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Custom Gear & Digital Products

Custom gear may include, but is not limited to:

• Helmets
• SCBA Masks
• SCBA Backstraps
• Turnout Jacket Name Tags
• Other approved custom assets

North Ridge County™ reserves the right to:

• Deny any custom request.
• Modify requests to meet community standards.
• Remove custom items that violate policies.

Custom gear is cosmetic only and does not grant rank, authority, or special privileges.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within North Ridge County™, including but not limited to:

• Maps
• Models
• Vehicles
• Scripts
• Logos
• Uniforms
• Textures
• Custom Assets
• Documentation

is the property of North Ridge County™ or its respective creators.

Members may not:

• Copy
• Leak
• Share
• Redistribute
• Sell
• Trade
• Reverse Engineer

any North Ridge County™ assets without written permission from Ownership.

6. Confidential Information

Members, staff, developers, and contributors may have access to confidential information including:

• Development plans
• Future updates
• Internal discussions
• Staff information
• Private documentation
• Assets and source files

This information must remain confidential and may not be disclosed, shared, leaked, or distributed without authorization.

Violation of this section may result in immediate removal and permanent bans.

7. Developer Agreements

Developers granted access to North Ridge County™ assets, maps, source files, or proprietary information agree that they:

• Will not copy, sell, leak, or redistribute assets.
• Will not claim ownership of North Ridge County™ property.
• Will keep all development information confidential.
• Will return or delete access upon request from Ownership.

North Ridge County™ reserves all rights regarding its intellectual property.

8. Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for:

• Securing their own accounts.
• Actions performed on their accounts.
• Maintaining accurate information when required.

Sharing accounts is discouraged and may result in disciplinary action.

9. Termination of Access

North Ridge County™ reserves the right to:

• Suspend accounts
• Remove memberships
• Revoke purchased benefits
• Restrict access to services

at any time for violations of community policies or Terms of Service.

No compensation or refund is guaranteed following disciplinary action.

10. Limitation of Liability

North Ridge County™ is provided on an "as-is" basis.

Ownership, staff, and contributors shall not be held liable for:

• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Technical issues
• User-generated content
• Third-party actions

Participation in the community is at the user's own discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

North Ridge County™ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued participation in the community following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
