Digital Product Purchases

Our Medical Device Packaging Engineering Toolkit — Professional Edition v1.0 is a downloadable digital product delivered electronically following successful payment.

Because digital products can be accessed and downloaded immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been successfully delivered and accessed, except as required by applicable law.

Refund Eligibility
