1. Introduction

Welcome to PackVerity Engineering. These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, download, access, and use of digital products offered by PackVerity Engineering.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the Medical Device Packaging Engineering Toolkit — Professional Edition v1.0, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the license included with the product.

2. Product Description

The toolkit provides downloadable engineering templates, Excel workbooks, guides, and documentation resources intended to support medical-device packaging engineering activities.

These materials are professional working aids and must be evaluated and customized for each intended application.

3. Individual User License

Each purchase grants a limited individual license to one purchaser.

The licensed purchaser may:

Use and customize the toolkit for their own professional or business work.
Maintain backup copies for their own use.
Use appropriately customized project deliverables in their work.
Provide completed project deliverables to clients or internal stakeholders, provided the original reusable PackVerity Engineering templates and workbooks are not distributed.

An individual license does not authorize organization-wide, department-wide, multi-user, or shared-library use without written permission from PackVerity Engineering.

4. Prohibited Activities

Purchasers may not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly upload, share, or give away the original editable toolkit or standalone templates and workbooks.
Repackage the toolkit, modified copies, or substantially similar derivative template collections for resale or redistribution.
Remove applicable copyright, license, or proprietary notices from original toolkit materials.

5. Intellectual Property

The original toolkit materials remain the intellectual property of PackVerity Engineering.

Purchasing the toolkit grants permission to use the materials under the applicable license. It does not transfer ownership or copyright.

6. Professional Responsibility and Regulatory Disclaimer

The toolkit is provided as a general engineering and documentation aid. It does not constitute regulatory, legal, quality-system, statistical, professional-engineering, or standards-compliance advice.

PackVerity Engineering does not guarantee regulatory acceptance, validation success, product compliance, or fitness for a particular use.

Users are responsible for:

Verifying current regulations, standards, test methods, specifications, acceptance criteria, and applicable revisions.
Evaluating product-specific packaging, sterilization, distribution, aging, manufacturing, and use conditions.
Reviewing, customizing, approving, and controlling documents under their applicable quality management system.
Supporting engineering conclusions with appropriate objective evidence and documented rationale.

7. Standards and Third-Party Materials

References to ASTM, ISO, and other standards are provided for informational and organizational purposes.

Copyrighted standards are not included with the toolkit. Users must obtain applicable standards independently.

PackVerity Engineering is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ASTM International, ISO, regulatory authorities, standards organizations, test laboratories, or medical-device manufacturers.

8. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered electronically following successful payment.

Customers are responsible for maintaining access to compatible software and securely storing their purchased files.

If a customer experiences difficulty accessing or opening the purchased materials, they should contact PackVerity Engineering through the storefront's Contact page.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the PackVerity Engineering Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Product Updates

PackVerity Engineering may revise, improve, or update its digital products.

A purchase does not automatically include future versions, additional products, or ongoing technical support unless expressly stated in the product description or purchase terms.
