Quick start, help & privacy

PrintPack Studio — Offline Batch Edition

Version 0.3.0 · 7 October 2026

START

1. Extract the purchased ZIP and open PrintPack-Studio.html in desktop Chrome.

2. Prepare original artwork, or Check existing variants of ONE artwork.

Prepare accepts JPG/PNG/WebP; Check also reads ordinary stored/deflated ZIPs.

3. Prepare starts with one product per original. Check artwork boxes and use

Group checked artworks to make a coordinated set. Each source belongs to

one product. Select its card to edit that product's title and settings.

4. Enter up to 12 promised print sizes per product: inches, cm, mm or A0–A6.

Choose one of seven ratio families, or export every exact promised size at

the PPI target (300 by default). Every artwork must pass every size check.

5. Review each artwork and output. Mark a protected region for a signature

or subject; reposition Fill crops or use Fit. Confirm each composition.

Orange review overlays never appear in exported images.

6. Under Shop profile, add your shop name, support address, color, optional

PNG/JPEG logo and usage terms. These are YOUR terms for YOUR customers.

7. Choose Gallery wall, Warm shelf or Ink gallery under Listing graphics.

8. Export the selected product or all products. A failed product reports its

problem while valid products can finish. Stop works after the current step.

9. Download every buyer ZIP for each product. Inspect PDF and image files.

Keep SELLER-ASSETS separate: these are listing images, not buyer print files.

BUYER DELIVERABLES

- Each ZIP contains its image files plus the complete product's documents.

- BUYER-GUIDE.pdf and BUYER-GUIDE.html: artwork + checked size -> file -> ZIP.

- size-report.csv, manifest.csv and WHATS-INCLUDED.txt match actual outputs.

- PDF uses raster A4 pages to preserve locally rendered Unicode and logos.

Use the accompanying HTML for selectable text or your browser's print view.

- Maximum five ZIPs per product, each <=19,000,000 bytes including PDF, HTML,

reports and ZIP overhead. Oversized products stop; quality is never silently

lowered. Split a large set or deliberately adjust formats/quality and review.

SELLER ASSETS

- 2000 x 2000 JPEG cover/gallery, checked-size card and contents card.

- Sets over nine artworks use additional gallery pages.

- Matching LISTING-TEXT.txt and READ-ME.txt.

- Scenes are original illustrations, not photographs or physical-scale proofs.

Inspect labels, proportions and all final images before publishing. Long

display titles may be shortened on cards; full names remain in the guides.

- No automatic marketplace upload, arbitrary-listing parsing or SEO guarantee.

SAVE, REUSE AND UPDATE

- Project library saves copies of originals AND settings on this browser:

up to 3 projects / 150 MB total. It does not autosave or sync to the cloud.

- Clearing browser data removes saved projects and shop templates. Storage

can be unavailable in private mode or some offline-file contexts.

- Keep original files and Download settings backup (JSON without originals).

Open 0.2/0.3 JSON later and select the originals. Legacy projects must fit

current limits (including 12 promised sizes per product).

- Reopened projects require fresh composition review.

- Replace selected original keeps its product membership. Changed image

content resets its protected region, crop positions and review checks.

- Save shop + size template reuses profile and selected product settings.

Apply saved template updates the selected product; review its compositions.

- Batch tools can rename all products with a numbered prefix.

LIMITS AND ACCURACY

- Up to 25 source images; 20 MB / 32 MP each, 80 MP total. 150 MB source bytes.

- Outputs limited to 32 MP / 16,000 px per edge; 150 MB encoded images per run.

- ZIP import <=95 MB / 200 entries, ordinary unencrypted stored/deflated format.

Non-image entries are reported, not verified or repackaged. Add needed extra

documents yourself and recheck package limits. Check mode is ONE artwork.

- PPI measures pixels / print size. Enlarging pixels does not restore detail.

Imported files may already be upscaled; source history cannot be inferred.

- Aspect matching allows 0.3% pixel/ISO rounding. White borders may be included.

Match image orientation in your print dialog and disable automatic cropping.

- Prepare flattens transparency to white. Metadata and source color-profile

preservation, CMYK proofing and sharpness are not promised. Get a print proof.

- Protected regions are manual composition checks, not AI subject recognition.

- 0.3 tested in Chromium through local HTTP. Automated access could not verify

purchased-file download + direct file opening and fully disconnected use.

The HTML is self-contained with no required external scripts, fonts, APIs or

accounts. Edge and large mobile batches have not had separate end-to-end tests.

Images, orders & privacy

Your artwork

The free image tool and the downloaded offline edition process selected images in browser memory on your device. Their application code does not upload originals or exports and does not call an AI service. Closing or refreshing clears unsaved work. Optional device saves store originals and settings in this browser (up to three projects and 150 MB total); shop templates store your profile and size settings. Use Delete selected saved project to remove a device save. Clearing browser site data removes saved projects and templates. Keep originals and a settings backup. Downloaded files remain on your device.
