You may cancel your purchase of PrintPack Studio and request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, including after downloading the files. No reason is required.

To request a refund or withdraw from the purchase, use Contact / Refund request in this store. Include the email used at checkout, the order reference from your receipt and a clear statement that you want to cancel and receive a refund. Please also confirm the email address where you want the acknowledgement sent. Do not send a password, card number or bank details.

We will acknowledge your request by email, check the original order and issue the refund to the original payment method. The total refunded for an order cannot exceed the amount actually paid, including any refund already issued. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds appear.

Submitting a request within the 14-day period preserves eligibility even if processing happens later. A zero-price test or free download has no payment to refund. Duplicate charges and rights that apply under consumer law are not limited by this policy.
