About Me

I am a psychologist based in Greece. My work focuses on helping people understand anxiety, overthinking, emotional patterns, self-worth, relationship difficulties, panic, and the ways in which everyday psychological processes shape behaviour, identity, and connection. I have a professional interest in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, psychodynamic thinking, emotional regulation, attachment, and the therapeutic relationship. My approach combines psychological theory with practical tools that people can use in everyday life. I am also involved in doctoral-level training in Counselling Psychology at the University of East London, with academic and clinical interests in psychotherapy, digital therapeutic environments, and the evolving relationship between psychology, technology, and contemporary life. Through my clinical work, writing, and educational content, I aim to make psychology clear, grounded, humane, and practically useful, without reducing complex emotional experiences to simplistic advice.
