Purpose Workbench supplies downloadable digital products, including templates, spreadsheets, guides and supporting resources.

Digital downloads and cancellation rights

Where you are purchasing as a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, you will be asked to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once supply of the digital content begins.

By completing a purchase and requesting immediate access to the download, you agree that the digital content may be supplied immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day cancellation right once the download or access begins.

Change-of-mind refunds

Once digital content has been supplied or accessed, we do not normally provide refunds simply because you have changed your mind or no longer require the product.

Problems with a product

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If a digital product is faulty, materially different from its description, cannot be accessed as intended, or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements, please contact us. Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include correcting or replacing the product, a price reduction, or a refund.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you believe you have accidentally purchased the same product more than once, contact us as soon as possible and we will review the circumstances.
