These Terms of Service apply to digital products purchased from Purpose Workbench.
About Purpose Workbench
Purpose Workbench provides downloadable digital templates, spreadsheets, guides and supporting resources for small organisations, charities, community groups and volunteer-led teams.

Purchasing digital products
Product descriptions, prices and the contents of each download are shown on the relevant product page before purchase.
Payment is taken through our online checkout. Once payment has been successfully completed, access to the purchased digital product is normally provided electronically.
Digital content
Our products are supplied electronically. Customers are responsible for checking that they have suitable software and equipment to use the file formats described on the product page.
Where immediate access to digital content is requested, consumers will be asked to acknowledge that their statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply of the digital content begins.
Licence and permitted use
Unless a product states otherwise, a purchase provides a licence for use by the purchasing organisation only.
Products may be edited and adapted for that organisation’s own internal operational use where the product permits this.
Products must not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, repackaged, uploaded for public access, shared with another organisation or otherwise supplied to third parties unless Purpose Workbench has given written permission.
Any product-specific licence supplied with a download forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
Copyright and other intellectual-property rights in Purpose Workbench products remain with Purpose Workbench or the relevant rights holder.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Customer responsibility
Our templates and tools are designed to support practical administration and management. Customers remain responsible for how they configure, use and rely on the products within their organisation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of any product complies with laws, regulations, policies and professional requirements that apply to them.
Product updates and support
We may update products from time to time. Unless specifically stated, a purchase does not guarantee access to every future version or additional product.

Problems and refunds
If a product is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed as intended, please contact us.
Refunds and remedies are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to those rights, Purpose Workbench is not responsible for losses caused by using a product for a purpose for which it was not designed, by unauthorised modification or redistribution, or by failure to maintain appropriate backups and controls.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The terms applicable to a purchase are those made available at the time of that purchase.
