Need Help?

If you are having trouble accessing, downloading, or opening a resource, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • The resource purchased
  • A description of the issue

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a resource has been successfully downloaded.

However, refunds may be considered if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
  • You did not receive access to your purchased resource.
  • A technical issue prevents you from accessing the resource and the issue cannot be resolved.

If you experience any problems, please contact me before requesting a chargeback or payment dispute so I have the opportunity to assist you.


Books

If you experience any issues with the quality or delivery of your printed book, please don't hesitate to contact me. While physical books are professionally printed and shipped by Lulu, I'm always happy to help you find the right solution.
