There are numerous articles available online as to how to upload digital files from one particular device to another.

Ebook support is also provided through Bookfunnel! They are my ebook support desk and can help with any ebook issues.

You will get an email containing the download link for each ebook you purchase here from BookFunnel.com.

Please whitelist help@bookfunnel.com to make sure you get that email. If you don't receive it, please check your spam or junk folders.

For ebooks purchased from other retailers, please consult their store policies.

After purchase, if you need help downloading your ebook or putting your ebook into your reader, BookFunnel staff are there to help you every step of the way.

Since there are so few people ordering audio from my website, I can't provide Bookfunnel audiobook support at this time.

But there are numerous articles online teaching you how to side-load audio files to your particular device.

If you truly cannot make your audiobook work, please contact me with what you have already tried, and we'll figure it out.

In general, I do not offer refunds on digital files. This is standard for most online retailers.

The only exceptions would be:

* an ebook that you and the staff at BookFunnel are unable to make work on your device (as verified by the BookFunnel staff),

* requiring some rare format not found on Smashwords (so I can't even get you a free code for the book).

Or

* an audiobook that we are unable to make work on your device.

(none of these have ever happened)
