For ebooks purchased from other retailers, please consult their store policies.

If you are not sure how to listen to an audiobook you've downloaded from the internet, there are numerous articles available for your particular device online. Please research this before purchasing.

If you have already purchased your ebook and are notified by BookFunnel that your device doesn't take the formats I have listed, please send me your receipt along with a record of your emails with BookFunnel, and I'll give you a Smashwords free code to get your copy.

I do not offer refunds on ebooks, unless -

* you and the staff at BookFunnel are unable to make the ebook work on your device (as verified by the BookFunnel staff),

* and your device requires some rare format not found on Smashwords (so I can't even get you a free code for the book).

I do not offer audiobook refunds.
