About Me:

Hi, I'm Ren.

My passion is health- inside and out. Mind & body. I love good food, full-body movement and living an active, balanced lifestyle. But above all, I aspire to cultivate a calm, clear mind that allows me to live freely, beyond limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns.

I believe that the mental side of growth is just as important -if not more important- than the physical side when it comes to creating your ideal life, health and performance. This is often where people get stuck.

My goal is to help you overcome those mental barriers once and for all, so you can build sustainable habits, unlock your potential and become the strongest version of yourself.
