I am grateful to be joining you on your journey of healing. I have created this business to support women who are experiencing pain and ailments related to their cycles and natural rhythms. Often times my clients come to me not only with physical struggles, but also with a lack of clarity in regards to who they are and what their purpose here is and i have made it my passion to help guide women back to their power and sense of truth.

Living in a world that often overlooks or neglects the feminine cycle, I believe it is crucial to provide women with the information and tools they need to understand and embrace their feminine power. By empowering women to take control of their health and well being, I have found a raw and intense passion in helping women reclaim their autonomy and live a life more aligned with their dreams.

I believe that my focus on guiding women to understand their bodies, cycles and natural rhythms is extremely invaluable. By increasing awareness and knowledge, I am guiding women to make informed decisions about their health and explore techniques that can support their overall well-being and vitality. I am dedicated to providing women with the resources they need to live a more fulfilling and empowered life.

I believe in a world that often prioritizes the Masculine Cycle, it's important to create spaces and practices that honor the feminine and support women in reconnecting with their innate wisdom and intuition by offering techniques, knowledge and understanding to my clients and helping women tap into their own power and embrace their beautiful and unique journey.

Hi! My name is Kiera, I am a certified Holistic Women's Health Coach that caters to Spiritual Life Coaching, Sacred Sex & Intimacy Embodiment, and healing our mind-body-soul connection with Energy Healing.

My journey of Awakening began when I made the courageous decision to leave an abusive relationship. After giving birth to my son, i became very mentally ill, faced immense challenges and struggled to navigate my new role as a Mother. Unbeknownst to me, I had lost touch with my true self while dealing with the demands of motherhood, an abusive family and a partner who couldn't offer me the love and support I needed to heal.

It was when I finally realized that I deserved better and summoned the strength to say "enough is enough. There must be a better way of living" that I began my transformational journey towards a healthier and more fulfilling life.

It wasn't an easy journey by any means, my awakening journey was extremely fast paced and intense from the start and I relied heavily on my ability to support myself, ask the right questions and obtain the knowledge, power and wisdom I held within. But I managed to gather the strength and courage I needed to take the first step, which was leaving my ex-partner, despite the fear I felt of the unknown. I established clear boundaries and learned how to stay true to them. Then, I made the difficult decision to distance myself from my family, applying the same principles of self-care and self-preservation. I learned how to embraced my solitude and embarked on a quest to rediscover myself and forge my own path in life.

Since then, my journey has been a whirlwind of profound experiences and lessons that have brought me to where I am today - awakened and on a path of enlightenment while manifesting the life of my dreams. I am filled with deep gratitude every day for every encounter, interaction, experience and lesson that has shaped me into the woman I am now. Each one has been a beautiful opportunity for growth and personal development.

Now, I am driven by a raw and intense passion to empower other women to heal and reclaim their power, just as I have done. I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of healing and am committed to supporting women on their own journeys of self discovery and empowerment.
