Personalized Services

Many of our readings are created specifically for you using the information you provide at checkout.

Depending on the service, we may ask for details such as your date of birth, birth time, birth location, relationship information, or questions you would like us to address.

Personalized reports may be created using a combination of astrological or divination data, structured analysis, and AI-assisted tools as part of the preparation process. Each report is based on the information provided for the individual order rather than a generic or pre-written reading.

Please make sure this information is accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in a reading caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If your order includes information about another person, you are responsible for making sure you are permitted to provide that information.

Delivery

The expected turnaround time is shown on each product page.

Turnaround begins once we have received all information needed to complete your order.

If we need additional information from you, delivery may be delayed until we receive it.

Completed readings are normally delivered electronically using the delivery method stated on the product page.

Readings and Results

Astrology, tarot, numerology, and other divination methods are interpretive practices.

AI-assisted tools may be used during the creation of a reading, but the report remains specific to the birth data, questions, and other information provided for that order.

A reading may explore possibilities, patterns, timing, or potential outcomes, but no specific result or future event is guaranteed.

Refunds

Personalized orders are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Unless otherwise stated, your reading is for your personal use only.

You may download, save, and print your own copy. You may not resell, commercially distribute, reproduce for publication, or claim our original content as your own without permission.

Intellectual Property

Original reports, written interpretations, graphics, layouts, and other materials created by Sandy Tide Readings remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a reading gives you the right to use your copy for personal purposes. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying content.

Changes to an Order

If you notice an error in the information you submitted, contact us as soon as possible.

Once work has started, we may not be able to restart or substantially revise a reading because information was entered incorrectly or because you later decide to change your question.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
