About Me

As a Registered Social Worker with over a decade of experience in mental health, crisis intervention, and case management, I’m passionate about equipping people with the tools to build healthier, more supportive environments. My work spans diverse roles—from delivering evidence-based therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, to designing personalized care plans and leading community initiatives.

I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor and advanced certifications in CBT and Narrative Practice. I bring a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to every interaction—whether I’m supporting individuals facing complex mental health and addiction challenges or developing practical, evidence-based solutions on a mezzo or macro level.

My mission is simple: to help organizations and individuals not just cope, but truly thrive. I do this by translating clinical insight into real-world strategies that foster resilience, connection, and change.
