Hello, I’m Wendy—an alternative therapist, change worker, trainer and coach, passionate about helping women unlock their full potential.

With over 25 years’ experience in people development, I began my journey in learning and development before naturally transitioning into personal growth and alternative therapy. Along the way, I faced my own challenges—self-doubt, life transitions, and emotional barriers. Through deep self-exploration and the application of transformative techniques, I was able to overcome these hurdles, gaining clarity, confidence and a renewed sense of purpose.

Now, I’m dedicated to sharing these powerful methods with other women, particularly those navigating midlife changes. I specialise in guiding women in mid-life towards embracing this stage of life with confidence, vitality and authenticity. Using tested and proven techniques tailored to individual needs, I help women break free from limiting beliefs, step into their power, and move forward with purpose.

As a qualified adult teacher and trainer specialising in people development, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise. I am also certified in a range of specialist alternative techniques, including NLP, Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), OldPain2Go and Metaphors of Movement. These techniques have been truly life-changing for me, and it brings me tremendous joy to share them with women who are ready to embrace the next chapter of their lives with strength and self-belief.
