Welcome to Serene Mind Solutions

At Serene Mind Solutions, I provide focused, effective wellbeing support using alternative therapy approaches that help you move forward, without needing to talk everything through in detail.


This work is for you if you’re experiencing things such as:

  • Ongoing anxiety or feeling constantly on edge
  • A loss of confidence or self-doubt that won’t shift
  • Imposter syndrome or second-guessing yourself
  • You say you’re fine, but inside you feel tense, flat or quietly overwhelmed

  • Emotional overwhelm or that familiar “meh” feeling
  • Knowing something needs to change, but not wanting traditional therapy
  • You’re not in crisis — you just don’t want to stay feeling like this


Support Services


  • Alternative one-to-one therapy using effective modalities including IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Metaphors of Movements.
  • The Serene Mind Reset – a three-session alternative therapy package designed to build momentum, allowing each session to build on the last and support deeper, more sustained change.
  • Steven Blake’s Chronic Pain Release Therapy ‘OldPain2Go®’  – a mind–body approach supporting the relief of persistent or unexplained old pain you’ve been advised to ‘live with’.
  • Reiki sessions for deep relaxation and nervous system support.
  • The Serene Laughter Collective – guided Laughter Yoga sessions combining laughter and breath work.
  • Group and corporate wellbeing sessions using NLP-informed approaches and Laughter Yoga.

My approach is practical, personalised and focused on helping you feel lighter, clearer and more confident in your everyday life. My work is practical, personalised and often brings change more quickly than traditional talking therapies.

Support is available in person at The Serenity Studio in Barnard Castle or online via Zoom.
