Alternative therapy offers a different way forward when you feel stuck, overwhelmed or held back by anxiety, a loss of confidence or old emotional blocks.


Using modalities such as IEMT, NLP, Metaphors of Movement and EFT, I help you create meaningful shifts at a subconscious level. This approach often brings a quicker response than traditional talking therapies, without the need for lengthy talking or over-analysis.


Each session is tailored to you, with a clear focus on progress and positive change. It’s about helping you feel lighter, calmer and more in control.

The Serene Mind Reset

The Serene Mind Reset is a three-session package of alternative one-to-one therapy.


It uses the same effective approaches as the individual session, with the added benefit of continuity and momentum across three different sessions.


This allows us to build on each session, supporting deeper shifts with clarity and confidence.


Sessions can be spaced weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on what works best for you.

Serene Laughter Collective - Laughter Yoga

The Serene Laughter Collective offers relaxed, guided Laughter Yoga sessions, combining intentional laughter and breathing techniques to support wellbeing and ease stress.


No sense of humour is required — this isn’t about jokes or being funny. Participation is essential, but everything is gentle, guided and done at your own pace. Through simple breathing and laughter, sessions help release tension, calm the nervous system and create a sense of lightness and ease.


Come as you are. Leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded.


Sessions take place on selected Mondays each month: 6.30pm

Coaching

I offer one-to-one coaching that blends traditional coaching techniques with alternative therapy modalities to support deep personal growth and transformation.


My approach is designed to help you gain clarity, overcome obstacles and create meaning change by combining structure goal-setting and mindset work.


Coaching programmes include 12 personalised one to one sessions, plus access in-between.

Reiki Healing

Reiki Restore

Reiki Restore is a calming session designed to help the body and mind slow down, relax, and rebalance.


Your appointment includes a short consultation followed by approximately 45 minutes of Reiki. You will lie down fully clothed while gentle hand placements support the body’s natural ability to restore balance.


This session is ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful reset, nervous system calm, and time to restore your energy.

Reiki Deep Reset

Reiki Deep Reset offers more time and space for deeper support.


The session begins with Reiki to help the body relax and the nervous system settle. Once this calm begins to appear, we may gently introduce additional techniques such as Metaphors of Movement, EFT tapping, or IEMT if something surfaces during the session.


This combined approach allows us to move beyond relaxation and support meaningful emotional shifts where needed.


Ideal if you’d like more time, deeper support, and space to explore what may be sitting underneath stress or overwhelm.

Groups & Workplace Wellbeing Packages

I offer tailored wellbeing sessions and packages for groups, organisations and workplaces, using a blend of NLP-informed wellbeing approaches and Laughter Yoga.


These sessions are practical, inclusive and designed to support mental wellbeing, emotional resilience and connection. Laughter Yoga sessions combine intentional laughter with breathing techniques, while NLP-based sessions focus on mindset, perspective and how we respond to everyday pressures — all delivered in a way that feels accessible and grounded.


Packages can be delivered in person or online and are suitable for:

  • Team development and away days
  • Community groups and organisations
  • Support groups and wellbeing programmes
