My approach is entirely person-centred—I work within your perspective, using what you share with me and interpreting your unconscious processing through metaphors, as well as the internal representations and strategies that have kept your issues going.


Together, we’ll work on empowering you to overcome the challenges you face and develop practical strategies for living, so you can build resilience and navigate the future with confidence.


How do I do this?


My focus is on helping you understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and guiding you toward where you want to be. I’m not interested in your history, stories, or interpretations—nor in why you are where you are. This isn’t talking therapy.


You can choose how you’d like to work with me:


🌿 In person at The Serenity Studio in Barnard Castle — a calm, welcoming space designed for reflection and transformation.

💻 Online via secure video call — ideal if you prefer to work from the comfort of your own home or need flexibility to fit around your lifestyle.


Both options provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space to explore and release limiting thoughts, guiding you towards lasting change. My intention is to help you get to where you want to be as soon as possible—most clients only need 1–3 sessions.
