1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By purchasing and using any products or services from Sew Projects ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Our offerings include:

• Digital Courses (e.g., The Ultimate Lingerie Sewing Course)
• Digital Sewing Patterns (downloadable PDF patterns for sewing projects)
• Digital Paid Resources (ebooks, guides, checklists, templates, printables)
• Lingerie & Sewing Supplies (physical products shipped to you)

Each product page specifies what is included, delivery method, and any ongoing support.

3. PAYMENT AND PRICING

3.1 Payment Methods We accept payment via Payhip (credit card, PayPal, and other methods). Payhip is our payment processor and handles all payment security.

3.2 Pricing & VAT All prices are in GBP. Prices include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but you pay the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3.3 Payment Plans Some products offer payment plan options (e.g., 2-month or 3-month plans). If you choose a plan:

• You authorise automatic recurring charges to your payment method
• You can cancel at any time, but access/delivery may be affected
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. Continued failure may result in suspension of access or order cancellation

4. DELIVERY & ACCESS

4.1 Digital Products (Courses, Patterns, Resources)

• Delivered instantly via email or account login
• You receive access immediately upon successful payment
• Lifetime access to digital courses (unless otherwise stated)
• Patterns and resources are downloadable; you may print for personal use

4.2 Physical Products (Supplies)

• Shipped via Royal Mail or courier (method specified at checkout)
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days UK, longer for international
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address
• We are not liable for loss or damage in transit (consider insurance for high-value orders)
• Customs duties and taxes for international orders are your responsibility

5. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

5.1 Digital Products – No Refunds Once you receive access to a digital course, pattern, or resource, no refunds are available. This is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (distance selling exceptions for digital content).

Exception: If you cannot access the product due to a technical error on our end within 48 hours of purchase, contact us and we will resolve it or provide a full refund.

5.2 Physical Products – Returns & Refunds

• Defective or Damaged: If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos. We will replace or refund.
• Change of Mind: If you change your mind, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. You pay return postage. Items must be unused and in original condition. Refund issued upon receipt of returned item.
• Non-Delivery: If an item doesn't arrive within 21 days, contact us. We will investigate or resend/refund.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Our Content All course content, patterns, resources, designs, and teaching materials are the intellectual property of Sew Projects. You may not:

• Reproduce, share, or distribute content outside of your personal, non-commercial use
• Record or screenshot videos for distribution
• Sell, resell, or transfer access to others
• Use materials for commercial purposes without written permission
• Claim authorship of patterns or designs

6.2 Your Use

• Digital Courses: Personal, non-transferable, lifetime licence for your own learning
• Patterns: For personal sewing projects only. You may sew items for yourself, friends, family. You may not mass-produce or sell items made from our patterns without permission.
• Resources: For personal reference only
• Physical Products: Yours to keep and use as intended

6.3 Commercial Use If you wish to use our patterns or designs commercially (e.g., sell finished items, teach classes using our materials), contact us for a commercial licence agreement.

7. LIMITED WARRANTY & DISCLAIMERS

7.1 As-Is Provision All products are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that:

• Sewing projects will turn out exactly as shown
• Patterns will fit all body types without modification
• Your results will match our course videos or examples
• All materials mentioned will be available in your location
• Physical products will meet your exact expectations

7.2 Your Responsibility Sewing involves needles, scissors, heat sources, and other tools. You are responsible for safe practices and following all safety guidelines. We are not liable for injury or property damage from your use of equipment or materials.

7.3 Educational Purpose Courses, patterns, and resources are for educational purposes. We are not responsible for outcomes of your projects or how you apply the techniques taught.

7.4 Physical Products We inspect all physical products before shipping. However, we are not liable for damage in transit or issues arising from improper use or storage after delivery.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sew Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. ACCOUNT ACCESS & SECURITY

9.1 Your Account You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

9.2 Suspension We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Share login credentials or digital content with others
• Engage in illegal activity
• Use our systems in a way that harms them or other users

10. CHANGES TO PRODUCTS

We may update, modify, remove, or discontinue products at any time without notice. We will not refund you for changes to digital courses or resources.

For physical products, discontinuation applies only to future purchases.

11. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Support availability depends on your product:

• Courses with "Done With You" tier: Email support included (response within 5 business days)
• DIY Courses: No email support
• Patterns & Resources: Limited support via email
• Physical Products: Support for defects/damage

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
