Pregnancy is a journey—exciting, transformative, and sometimes overwhelming. Amid the physical changes and preparations, it’s easy to forget one of the most powerful tools you have: relaxation.


Taking time to truly unwind can support both your body and mind, creating a sense of calm that positively impacts your pregnancy and birth. My pregnancy relaxation sessions are designed to help you slow down, connect with yourself, and feel deeply at ease.

Let’s create space for peace, positivity, and deep rest as you prepare for the incredible experience of birth. Each session in my Pregnancy Relaxation program is designed to bring knowledge, confidence, and relaxation to your birthing experience. Over four weeks, we’ll explore key topics and practice calming techniques to help you feel at ease.


We begin by learning why relaxation is essential for birth. You'll practice calm breathing techniques to unwind from a busy day.


At the end of every pregnancy relaxation session, you'll experience a soothing hypnosis script. Feel free to get comfortable, light some candles and let yourself drift into relaxation - whatever feels right for you. This time is yours to fully embrace.
