SkDoodles sells digital downloads through this store. No physical product will be shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

Delivery

After successful payment, your files are normally available immediately on the Payhip download page. Payhip also sends an email receipt containing your download link to the email address entered at checkout. Please enter your email address carefully.

Accessing your files

File formats and included items are listed in each product description. ZIP files must be extracted before use. PDF files require a compatible PDF reader. For printable products, printing materials and printing costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Download problems

If your receipt is missing, check your Spam, Junk and Promotions folders. If you cannot access your purchase or a file appears damaged, email the SkDoodles support address shown on your receipt. Include your order number and a description of the problem so we can help restore access or provide a working file. For download assistance, email: skdesigns025@gmail.com
