About our store

SkDoodles is operated by Shipra Pal, based in India. These terms apply to digital products purchased from our Payhip store.

Products and purchases

Please review each product’s description, previews, included files, formats and licence before purchasing. Products in this store are digital downloads; no physical item will be shipped.

The currency, price and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Please check the final total before paying and provide an accurate email address for delivery.

Delivery and access

After successful payment, files are normally available immediately through Payhip’s download page. An email receipt also provides a download link. Our Digital Delivery Policy explains how to access files and request assistance.

You need a suitable device, internet connection and compatible software to download and open your purchase. ZIP files must be extracted before use. Printing costs and materials are your responsibility. Printed results may vary with your printer, paper and settings.

Permitted use

Unless a product explicitly includes a different licence, purchases are for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may download the files and print copies for your own use.

You may not share, upload, redistribute, resell or give away the digital files or uncoloured pages. You may not sell printed copies, include the files in another product, or use the artwork on merchandise without a separate commercial licence or written permission.

You may share photographs of your personally coloured pages. Credit to SkDoodles is appreciated. Please do not share scans or files that allow others to reproduce the original uncoloured designs.

Classroom, group and commercial use require separate permission unless expressly included in the product’s licence. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Refunds and cancellations

Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy for cancellation requests, duplicate charges, delivery problems and faulty or misdescribed files. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how customer information is handled. Payhip and the payment provider also have their own terms and privacy policies governing their services.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms and product licence provided when you purchase will continue to apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
