SkDoodles sells digital downloads. Please review the product description, previews, file formats and usage terms before purchasing.

Cancellations and change of mind

Digital files are normally available immediately after successful payment, so orders cannot usually be cancelled before delivery. We do not normally offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases once files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Problems with your purchase

Please contact us if you receive the wrong files, a duplicate charge, damaged files, or a product that materially differs from its description. We will investigate and provide a working replacement, restore access, or issue an appropriate refund. If we cannot resolve a delivery or file defect within a reasonable time, we will provide a refund.

How to request help

Email skdesigns025@gmail.com with your order number, purchase email address and a description of the problem. Please contact us promptly. This does not limit any statutory claim period.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. The time taken for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. We will confirm when the refund has been initiated.

Your rights

This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under applicable consumer law, including any cancellation rights or remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content.
