About Me

Welcome to Spark • Shape • Sustain™, where practical experience meets purposeful STEM education.

I’m Dana Lupton, a science educator and robotics mentor with more than 25 years of experience teaching physics, chemistry, robotics, and engineering. Through years of developing and mentoring student teams—including BEST Robotics and MATE ROV—I’ve learned that successful programs need more than an exciting project. They need clear systems, meaningful student roles, adaptable resources, and a plan that supports both the students and the educators leading them.

I created Spark • Shape • Sustain™ to help educators build student-centered STEM and robotics experiences that can grow beyond one person, one grant, or one competition season.

In this store, you’ll find practical, educator-created resources for launching and strengthening STEM programs, engineering clubs, robotics teams, and hands-on workshops. Materials are designed to help with planning, recruitment, team organization, student leadership, technical skill development, reflection, and long-term program sustainability.

Whether you are starting your first club, rebuilding an existing program, or looking for resources that make your work more manageable, my goal is to help you spark curiosity, shape capable teams, and sustain meaningful learning—for your students and for yourself.

Engineer an experience that lasts.
