2. Products
Steady Tools sells downloadable digital products.
Our product, Steady Pay, is an irregular-income budgeting spreadsheet intended to help users organise income, expenses and financial plans.
Product features, file formats, compatibility requirements and included materials are described on the relevant product page and in the accompanying documentation.
No physical goods are shipped.
3. Prices and Payments
Product prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.
The current listed price of Steady Pay is €14, including applicable taxes where required.
Payments are processed through the checkout and payment providers made available by Payhip.
The final amount payable is displayed before an order is confirmed.
4. Order Confirmation and Delivery
After successful checkout, customers receive access to their purchased digital product through Payhip.
A confirmation email containing order details and download information is sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers should contact hello@partsdesign.ee if they encounter problems receiving or accessing their files.
5. Software Compatibility
Steady Pay is supplied as spreadsheet files intended for use with compatible spreadsheet software.
Customers should review the product description and accompanying documentation for supported software, functional limitations and system requirements before purchase.
Compatibility with every application, version, device or third-party service is not guaranteed.
6. Licence and Permitted Use
The purchased product is provided under the licence terms included with the download.
Unless those licence terms expressly permit otherwise, customers must not redistribute, resell or publicly share the original product files.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Withdrawal Rights
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once supply begins, where the consumer has expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right and the applicable legal requirements have been met.
Customers' statutory remedies for faulty or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.

8. Product Problems and Refunds
If a purchased file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible or does not conform to the contract, customers should contact hello@partsdesign.ee.
We will investigate and provide the remedies required under applicable consumer protection law.
Refund requests and withdrawal notices will be handled in accordance with applicable statutory rights and our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
9. Customer Support and Complaints

We aim to resolve concerns promptly and will respond to consumer complaints within the period required by applicable law.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers may be entitled to seek assistance from the competent consumer protection authority or an applicable out-of-court dispute resolution body.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Estonian law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections applicable under the law of their country of habitual residence.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
Changes will not retroactively remove statutory rights or alter an existing purchase contract without a lawful basis.
