All purchases include a standard license allowing:

• Small-business commercial use, such as:

1. Printed stationery, packaging, fabric, stickers, posters
2. Branding for clients (non-exclusive)
3. Lightly modified digital products that protect the original artwork

If you require, mass production rights, exclusive rights & extended commercial licensing, please contact us for a custom license.

3. Prohibited Use Policy

To protect our artwork and ensure fair use, customers may not:

• Resell, share, or redistribute digital files in any form.
• Claim the artwork or patterns as their own.
• Upload designs to print-on-demand sites as-is.
• Use files in editable templates where artwork can be extracted.
• Sell digital designs that use our artwork without significant transformation.
• Use the artwork for any AI training, data scraping, or machine learning purpose.
• Trademark the designs.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• All sales are final.
• No refunds, returns, or cancellations are permitted.
• If you experience download issues or file corruption, we will resend the files.

5. Privacy Policy

• We only collect information necessary for completing your purchase.
• We do not store payment information; this is handled securely by the platform.
