For Digital Downloads – Patterns & Illustrations

Welcome to Studio Supreet Raina. By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital files (patterns, illustrations, artworks, or design assets) from our shop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Digital Product Nature

• All items sold are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.
• Files are delivered instantly after payment via the platform’s download system.

2. License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the digital files for:

• Personal use (unlimited)
• Small-scale commercial use, such as:

1. Creating physical products (fabric, stationery, packaging, prints, etc.)
2. Creating digital products that do not allow extraction of the artwork

3. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files in any form.
• Claim the artwork as your own.
• Sell digital products where the design is provided as-is, unmodified.
• Upload the files to print-on-demand platforms as standalone patterns unless significantly transformed.
• Use the designs in any AI training dataset.
• Use the designs for mass manufacturing without extended licensing.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Because products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final.
• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered.

If you have trouble accessing your files, email us and we will assist.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs remain the intellectual property of Studio Supreet Raina.
• You are purchasing a license to use the artwork, not ownership of the artwork itself.

6. File Usage Restrictions

• Files cannot be used in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute the artwork.
• Files must not be uploaded to any AI or machine learning dataset.
• Files cannot be trademarked or copyrighted as your own.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Compatibility issues with your software or device.
• Print quality that varies due to your printer settings or materials.
• Misuse of files contrary to the license terms.

8. Payment  

All payments are processed securely through the platform.

9. Updates & Modifications

• We may occasionally update or modify these Terms & Conditions.
• Continued use of our digital products implies acceptance of the latest version.
