First up, I just had to share this boredom-bashing new release from Christopher Shevlin that I'm currently reading and thoroughly enjoying.
I've only read the first in the series (The Perpetual Astonishment of Jonathon Fairfax...a previous "Top Three" recommendation), and The Fairfax Redemption is the fourth in the Jonathon Fairfax books, but
Chris does such a fabulous job at trickling in backstory that you can easily jump right in without having read the others, or having only read one or two of them.
For those who don't know, Jonathon is a bumbling, socially awkward Londoner who seems to fall into trouble no matter what. And the results are sure to make you grin.
The Fairfax Redemption just came out in June, so it's all new and shiny and ready for you to grab a copy (just click HERE or tap the graphic below to find where it's available in your region).

Anyway, it's a sort of new release from yours truly.
After much haranguing from an author friend, I've finally released The Unreal Cassie Black Bundle, an omnibus (aka "boxset") of the first three books of The Cassie Black Trilogy.
Some of you will probably have already read these books, but if you know anyone who might be interested in diving into the series before the release of The Unusual Mayor Marheart in just over a week, this might be just the thing.
