Frequently Asked Questions
GETTING YOUR FILES
Q: How do I get my files after purchase?
Your files are available immediately after checkout: right on the confirmation page, plus a download link by email. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
Q: What format are the files?
All files are delivered as PDF, ready to print at home.
PRINTING & SIZING
Q: What size paper do I need?
Most files are designed for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in). They also work on A4; just make sure to print at 100% / "Actual size" with "Fit to page" turned off. Before you stitch, check the 1-inch reference square on the pattern against a ruler: if it's not exactly 1 inch, your printer resized the page, so reprint at 100%.
Q: My file won't open, what do I do?
You'll need a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (Windows) or Preview (Mac); both are free. If you're still having trouble, send me a message and I'll help you sort it out.
USING YOUR PATTERNS
Q: Can I print the files more than once?
Yes! Print as many times as you like for your own personal use.
Q: Can I share or resell the files?
Files are for personal use only. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute the digital files.
Q: Can I sell items I make using your patterns?
Yes, feel free to sell finished handmade items you stitch using my patterns. Please just don't resell, share, or redistribute the pattern files themselves.
REFUNDS & LEGAL
Q: Are digital patterns refundable?
If your file is missing, corrupted, or won't print correctly, reach out and I'll send you a corrected or replacement file right away. Because files are delivered instantly, I'm not able to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.
Q: I'm an EU/EEA buyer, what about my 14-day right to cancel?
Because this is an instant digital download, downloading it means you're asking to receive the file right away instead of waiting out the standard 14-day cooling-off period that normally applies to online purchases. By completing checkout and downloading, you're confirming you understand you're giving up that right for this purchase.
