Adoption Application Fee: $25

The $25 application fee covers the administrative processing and review of your adoption application.

Payment of the application fee does not guarantee approval or adoption of an animal.

Every application is individually reviewed, and approval depends on the suitability of the home and the needs of the animal.

• Other animals in your household
• Children in the home
• Previous pet experience
• Veterinary care
• Your daily schedule
• Your preferred animal
• Your plans for caring for the animal
• Your ability to provide lifelong care

Please answer every question honestly and completely.

Before You Apply

Please make sure that:

• You are prepared for a lifelong commitment.
• Everyone in your household is comfortable with the adoption.
• Your housing situation allows animals where applicable.
• You understand that animals may require unexpected veterinary care.
• You are prepared to provide appropriate food, shelter, exercise, enrichment and medical care.
• You understand that an application does not guarantee adoption.
