Hi, I'm Olivia.
I am a sister, family caregiver, guardian, and wellness professional. My sister Tyler has Rett syndrome; caring for her has shaped my life, my work, and many of my life's decisions. She has been my greatest motivation, but that does not mean the journey has always been easy. From the outside, our life may appear calm or well-managed, but that ease is the result of years of commitment, adjustment, sacrifice, and dedication from our entire family; hence our tagline "Care for The Core."
I understand what it is to love someone deeply yet struggle to find balance within your own life. There are still days when showing up for myself feels difficult because showing up for others is all I've always known. My life is not perfect, and maintaining my well-being continues to require intention and effort. Over time, I've learned I cannot control every part of the bigger picture, but I can make small choices to help me feel steadier, present, and connected back to myself.
That realization changed something within me. The smallest shifts didn't remove my responsibilities, but they helped me feel better in my mind, body, and soul. I knew that if I was experiencing this, other families, caregivers, siblings, and guardians had to be feeling it too.
Alongside my lived experience, I completed Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching and Health and Wellness: Designing a Sustainable Nutrition Plan through Harvard Medical School Executive Education. I now bring my personal experience and professional studies together to offer realistic wellness support for families navigating disability, chronic illness, and complex care. This work is not about perfection. It is about helping people create more balance, stability, and breathing room within the lives they are already living and meeting you where you are.
